• CC Business Directory  hold your details securely in accordance to Data Protection Laws, including GDPR.

• CC Business Directory  never give, sell or rent your personal details or our trades list to any other company

• CC Business Directory only hold your name, number, company name and email address.

• By ticking and submitting your listing to us you are agreeing that CC Business Directory are allowed to list and promote your company on your behalf.

Payments/Cancellations

 

• Payments are due on receipt of your invoice being received.

• Reoccurring payments will be invoiced on the date you signed up to one of our plans.

• Once payment has been received, we aim to add you to our website within 24hours, however, this can take slightly longer.

• Cancellations of your subscription will cease on your next billing date, so your listing will remain on our site until this date then you will be removed. ( Refunds will not be given )

• Unpaid invoices may result in your listing being withdrawn from the site.

• CC Business Directory does not own any of our Facebook Groups, ownership is with Facebook.

• Your subscription fee is based on allowing you to be promoted on our CC Business Directory website

• CC Business Directory will not be held responsible or will deal with any complaints or disputes on your behalf, these will be directed to yourselves to deal with accordingly.

• You can request what category you would like to be listed under on the CC Business Directory website but we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled.

• Our business is registered with Company Houses Reg No. # 11162982.
